Tracking Your Order
All orders will receive a tracking number. We will ALWAYS email you a shipping notification and tracking number to the email address given at the time of checkout for your particular order. If your order has already shipped and you did not receive a tracking number via email, please check your Spam/Junk email folder for the tracking information we send, before contacting us as your email provider or email program could have marked the shipping notification email as Spam/Junk.
We recommend adding email@example.com to your safe senders list.
Please Note: All packages will show the Shipped From Name as: M-R Shipping Dept. on the shipping label.
The FedEx tracking systems are sometimes slow to update. Please allow 24-48 hours for their systems to update tracking information before contacting us.
Order Processing and Shipping Time
We will ship your package the Same Day Monday through Friday if your order was placed on or before 9:00am Eastern Standard Time. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. If your order was placed after 9:00am EST or on a weekend or holiday, it will ship the very next business day excluding all weekends and holidays.
- FedEx Three Day Air – Free for all orders over $75.00 Orders under free shipping minimum cost $9.75 to ship. Delivery is in 3 business days by 4:30 to most locations. Delivery is Monday through Friday.
- FedEx Second Day Air – $20.00/ Delivery is 2 business days by 4:30 pm to most business locations; by 7 pm for residences. Delivery is Monday through Friday. Please note that an order shipped on Thursday will be delivered Monday.
- FedEx Priority Overnight – $35.00/ Overnight Next business-day delivery by 10:30 a.m. to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 4:30 p.m. or 5 p.m. in remote areas.
- FedEx Priority Overnight Saturday Delivery – $45.00/ Ships on Friday arrives Saturday. FedEx does deliver on Saturday to most locations; if you reside in a remote area that FedEx does not guarantee Saturday delivery to, you may receive your package on Monday.
MDAI Research assumes NO responsibility for lost or stolen packages that register successfully delivered by the FedEx online tracking system(s). It is 100% your responsibility to be fully aware of your package’s existence, estimated delivery time, and package description. If the package has not been successfully delivered and has passed the estimated time for delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please take special note that we do not ship products in boxes. You should be looking for a FedEx Flat Rate Envelope as it may get mixed in with your other mail and MDAI Research assumes no responsibility for packages lost once successfully delivered by FedEx.
